Dave Hill
Maybe the Smallest Bike but
the Biggest Heart
 |
One big advantage of
running the web site is that I get to
contact so many friends from all over
the world. One such person being long
time club member Dave.
Now living in Sweden, he has kindly
provided some paintings from his
collection to bring to our clubs site
that something a bit different.
The photo on left is a classic Dave
shot, as a very untidy "pedaler" myself
I always marvelled at his balance on the
bike, low gear selected as he purred up
the steepest climbs
1973 Tour of the
Border, on the climb
Winters Gibbet- (near
Elsdon)- on his way to finish in 6th
-place.
